SciFest 2025 will be held at the University of Eastern Finland campus in Joensuu on 22-24 May 2025, with the Educa building as the main venue. SciFest is free of charge!

SciFest – get excited and be surprised
The key words at SciFest are discovery and making. This is also reflected in the whole programme: insights and learning happen by doing together. The basic idea of the festival has remained the same throughout the years: challenging, meaningful activities and insights that spark the spark in visitors and encourage career choices in science and technology.
Science education for the future
Joensuun Tiedeseura – Joensuu Science Society ry is an association founded in 2009 that promotes and seeks ways of future science education.
